Main goal of the Programa Sur (South Translation Support Programme) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship of the Argentine Republic is to promote the translation of works by Argentine authors so as to encourage their printing in foreign languages.

Programa Sur has already approved the subsidy of 854 works translated into 38 different languages, in 44 countries.

The applications for grants will be received until September 30th, 2015. The work´s publication must be completed by November 30th, 2016.
